People from very dry skin should avoid fatty foods, fried and dry. They can add a little butter or olive oil in the food consumed to provide the necessary amount of body oil. A lot of juice should be consumed to maintain sufficient liquidity in the body forever. Good food, lots of water and getting enough sleep can do wonders for people with dry skin.
A product that nourishes and gently moisturizes is aloe vera. It can be used as a gel directly to the elimination of dead cells or other affected areas. Two medications, calendula and comfrey can be used for dry skin too, as they soften the skin. It is mostly used in a facial sauna to produce a calming effect. Saunas face with herbs like peppermint, chamomile and lavender also produces soothing effect.
Lavender oil and oat flour extract to give a lot of relief from the dried bodies. Tea tree oil can be added to the bath as it offers a lot of moisturizer. After bathing, it is important to hydrate the body with aloe vera cream, because it helps me recover and preserve the natural oils from the skin's elasticity.
A weekly facial sauna with herbal chamomile, lavender, geranium, patchouli, ylang-ylang, rose, hyssop, sandalwood, and peppermint is good for dry skin.
Excessive dryness of the skin, oil based lotion or cream can be applied immediately after washing. The two most popular oil-based creams are Vaseline and LacHydrin. Cream Vaseline oil-based can be applied to damp skin, so they can trap moisture and therefore does not allow the skin to dry out. LacHydrin cream is applied to dry skin immediately after washing to maintain hydration of the skin.
Dry skin disorders such as psoriasis and dermatitis should take proper medications to avoid complications. It is always wise to consult a physician before using medication for this disorder, since most of these disorders have no permanent cure and are genetically inherited.
Although medications can reduce itching, provide small-term care, and provide some relief, not necessarily to provide long-term solution.
Dry skin is not hereditary, but rather formed from other causes such as weather or poor nutrition can be addressed to some extent by the use of lotions.
