The Way To Happiness

The problem is that they are seeking happiness to reach them somehow. As if it were something that can be possessed. When happiness comes next, it seems so ephemeral that goes away quickly.

People mistakenly think that happiness is a feeling like someone passing fancy. I'm here to tell you that happiness is not a feeling, may be a way of life. Happiness can be yours on a daily basis, if you just follow some basic principles.

First, you must live in the moment. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow is not promised us so you must be present in the moment.

Secondly, it is necessary to control the thoughts and the thoughts that cross your mind. Happiness can be called a state of mind and the road to happiness leads your mind in the correct state.

If you live in Texas and want to be in California, I have to change the notes. In order for me to be in this country have to make some changes. Here we have chosen to train accordingly. The train is going in the right direction, and arrive at their destination. We need to know which trains we have, or we may end up where we do not want to be.

Think of that train, as his thoughts. It is true that his train of thought. If you do not want to stay in Texas, you get the right train. If you leave all lines of thought in your mind, then you will be taken here and there and never reach the desired destination.

The question then is how they get on the right train?

The ticket to get on the train is called recognition. Gratitude is an attitude, and we watch what we should be grateful instead of dwelling on what our problems are, we will discover that we can be retracted to the state we want to be.

There is a path to happiness and that road is gratitude.
