Most of us like to think we know about nourishment, but do we? We know we're expected to eat fruits and veggies and yet ready made meals is more popular than ever and we all know that we are expected to drink over 1 1/2 ltrs of water a day and yet carbonated liquids sell more than ever.
So do we really know about nourishment or do we just not care? In the current environment of vitamins and minerals and general meals fear, we can often forget that all it takes to stay fit and healthy - together with sufficient exercise - is a excellent, healthy eating plan.
