soy is healthy?
It seems that everywhere you look from the freezer section of grocery store shelves is a local health food store in soy products are everywhere. Tofu hot dogs and hamburgers can be found in "healthy diet" of the grocery store. Many children are soy-based formulas Downing instead of milk. Soy products have swept the nation a healthy source of protein, to all natural and good for you. What are the aspects of soy? restaurants, shops and entertainment.
Independent research has raised many questions about the relationship between soy and breast cancer. The function of the brain is decreased in men is related to soy, and now researchers are asking the soybean and its relationship to developmental abnormalities in children. There are a few things with soybeans, which we believe to cook, which is much larger than the downside, then head down.
Soy contains natural chemicals that mimic estrogens called isoflavones. Animal studies show that this chemical can alter sexual development. Worse Japanese researchers found that as little as two tablespoons per day of soybean powder have a dramatic effect on thyroid function to create a state of hypothyroidism with goiter changes early, despite the iodine intake adequate. They also found that the effect lasted for three months after soy consumption was discontinued.
Soy contains an antacid called phytic nutrients. All beans do. But soybeans have the highest levels of phytic acid compared to other beans. To add to the problem high phytate, soy are very resistant to phytate reducing techniques, such as the long, slow cooking is used with other beans. Phytic acid blocks the absorption of certain minerals, including magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc. This is of particular interest when it comes to infant soy and nutrient deficiencies created in the name of health.
Soybeans also contain enzyme inhibitors that reduce protein digestion, resulting in bloating, and ultimately lead to amino acid deficiencies. Finally, soy contains hemagglutinin, a clot promoting substance that causes red blood cells to clump. These clustered blood cells can not adequately carry oxygen to body tissues, leading to heart problems.
Soy directly from the soil is not suitable for consumption. Only after fermentation for a longer period seen with miso and tempeh production, or through a full course of treatment, such as chemical extractions and high temperatures are beans, or soy protein isolate, suitable for digestion when consumed.
One might think that is causing the thyroid to slow down, your hormones, depressed, closed digestion, blood clotting and nutrients are dissolved in your body would be illegal to sell. Probably it would be if you or I were selling, but when the Monsters of agribusiness to pay for their studies and to manipulate the mind is generating billions of dollars in the area since the bean was waste and feed, not later than 100 years ago. Genetic modification means that all beans are purchased from a supplier. Large companies at its worst.
Does this mean that soy has absolutely no quality? The fermentation process reduces the phytic acid, trypsin inhibitors and hemagglutinin. Reduced but not eliminated, it is recommended to eat small amounts of soybeans. Make sure it has not been genetically modified and make sure you are in a fermented like miso, or tempeh. Stay away from soy protein powders, foods and supplements that are not fermented and non-GMO.
